Completed in the early 1940s, “The Cotswolds” in Kenilworth Upper epitomises
grandeur and scale. Stone mullioned archways, lead-paned windows with original
stained glass decals, including Latin motifs, wide staircases, high ceilings, delicate
wood and plasterwork on the original wood-burning fireplaces, “flat” is not
the appropriate word to describe the accommodation found here.

Each of the seven blocks comprises four spacious homes – two on the ground floor
and two on the second floor, all centred around a huge, immaculately maintained
garden, with mountain views to boot.
Ownership here is cherished and units rarely come onto the market.
